1. Flour sifter

2. Whipping machine

Butter, cream, eggs, etc. are stirred by a whipping machine to form a dense pore shape. Small-scale production is generally stirred by a spherical stirrer, and large-scale production is made by aeration stirring.

3. Filling machine

The filling machine can adapt to various cakes and shapes, and has a large weight adjustment range. It is a mainstream product in mass production of cakes.

4. Oil sprayer

Evenly spray the demoulding oil onto the inner wall of the baking tray cake cup, so that the baked cake can be quickly demoulded and overcome the phenomenon of cake sticking to the tray.

5. Tunnel oven

Almost all baked foods can be baked in a tunnel oven. Through the PLC intelligent control system, intelligent control of the distribution method is implemented. The cake is continuously and evenly baked and conveyed through relative movement between the conveyor chain plate, steel belt or mesh belt and the heating element or direct-fired combustion rod. The tunnel furnace is set up with upper and lower temperature zones controlled separately to meet the cake's requirements for surface and bottom heating.
