The production process of biscuits can be roughly divided into the following steps:
Ingredient mixing. Mix flour, sugar, oil, eggs, milk and other raw materials in a certain proportion.
Stirring. Put the mixed raw materials into the mixing barrel and stir them to make them evenly mixed.
Molding. Press the mixed dough into thin sheets through a sheet press and then form them through a mold.
Baking. Put the formed biscuits into the oven and bake them until they are cooked through.
Cooling. Take the baked biscuits out of the oven and put them on a cooling rack for cooling.
Packaging. Package the cooled biscuits for sale and storage.
Fully automatic biscuit production lines usually include the following equipment:
Dough mixer. Used to mix raw materials.
Forming machine (rolling and rolling). Used to press the dough into thin sheets and form them through molds.
Tunnel baking oven (electric heating/gas heating). Used to bake formed biscuits.
Oil sprayer. Used to spray oil on biscuits.
Turning machine (not required if the factory is large enough). Used to turn or change direction on the production line.
Cooling machine conveyor. Used to cool freshly baked biscuits.
Biscuit sorting machine. Used to sort and inspect biscuits.
High-speed pillow-type multifunctional automatic packaging machine. Used to pack biscuits.
