(1) Stamping machine.

The most commonly used is the continuous rotary punching machine, which can punch out more candy blocks at the same time, greatly improving production efficiency.
Working principle: After cooling and leveling, the candy bar enters the molding machine. The sugar feeding wheel feeds the candy bar into the rotary head under the action of friction and is rolled into the outer edge of the molding groove. After being squeezed by the candy cutting wheel, the candy bar is squeezed into the molding groove and broken into candy blocks. At the same time, the candy punching rod moves forward under the push of the cam, pushing the candy block into the molding hole, which is shoveled down by the scraper into the candy scraper and then falls into the vibrating screen. After the candy block is cooled, it can be packaged.

(2) Mold molding machine
Main components: conveyor belt, model plate, sugar injection nozzle, sugar pouring pump, storage tank, cooling device.
Molding can produce hard candy, soft candy and soft candy. It has a wide range of applications and requires roughly the same equipment. During molding, when the boiled sugar paste is still in a flowing state, the liquid sugar paste is quantitatively injected into the continuously running model plate, then quickly cooled and shaped, and finally separated from the model plate, and then sent to the packaging machine along the conveyor belt for packaging.
