KHRT-150 Steam-Heated Automatic Gummy Candy Pouring & Molding Production Line – Core Equipment for Large-Scale Commercial Gelatin Gummy Production
The KHRT-150 Gummy Candy Production Line is a steam-heated fully automatic equipment designed for commercial large-scale production, integrating the full-process automation functions of "raw material mixing & cooking → syrup conveying → cooling & storage → precise pouring → cooling & setting → demolding & conveying → oiling & coating", mainly suitable for producing gelatin gummies, juice gummies and other categories.
Core Components & Functions
1. Raw Material Processing & Cooking Unit
- 200L Candy Cooking Pot (2 sets): Steam-heated (max steam pressure 0.4Mpa), equipped with stirrer, thermometer and pressure gauge, 200L capacity, used for raw material mixing, cooking and concentration, stirrer motor power 0.55kw;
- Mixer (1 set): Steam pressure 0.2Mpa, screw propulsion + wolf-tooth mixing, realizing uniform mixing of syrup and food additives, motor power 0.55kw;
- Metering Pump (2 sets): Electromagnetically driven, metering range 0-14L/h, precisely conveying food additives, motor power 25w.

2. Syrup Conveying & Storage Unit
- Syrup Conveying Pump (3 sets): Including 2 standard models + 1 speed-adjustable model, flow rate 25L/min, head 6m, power 2kw, supporting frequency conversion speed regulation (165-300 rpm) to ensure stable syrup conveying;
- 200L Cooling Tank (1 set): Jacket structure, equipped with stirrer, temperature display and circulating water tank, used for syrup cooling and storage, stirrer motor power 0.75kw, electric heating power 12kw;
- 200L Storage Tank (1 set): Jacket insulation design with temperature controller, storing syrup and maintaining stable temperature, motor power 0.75kw, electric heating power 12kw;
- Insulated Pipes/Valves/Connectors (1 set): SUS304 material, including heating pipes and control valves to prevent syrup solidification.

3. Pouring, Molding & Cooling Unit
- Mold Sprayer (1 set): PLC program control, spraying width 350mm, max output pressure 0.3mpa, spraying mold surface to prevent sticking for easy demolding;
- 150-type Servo Pouring Machine (1 set): PLC control system + display screen, 20-hole pouring hopper, intermittent pouring with adjustable quantification, main servo motor 3kw, electric heating power 5kw;
- Gummy Molds (320 pieces): Aluminum alloy pressed + Teflon coating, size 320×75mm, used for product shape setting;
- Cooling Tunnel (1 set): Equipped with 5P refrigeration unit + demolding device + conveyor, refrigeration power 4kw, conveying power 0.75kw, 8m long tunnel realizing rapid cooling and solidification of gummies.

4. Post-Processing & Conveying Unit
- Conveyor (1 set): 300mm wide conveyor belt, power 0.5kw, used for candy conveying;
- Inclined Conveyor (1 set): Power 0.75kw, size 2500×400×800mm, realizing inclined conveying of candies;
- Oiling Machine (1 set): SUS304 material, equipped with stepless speed regulator and metering pump, rotating motor power 0.75kw, metering pump power 300w;
- 1000-type Sugar Coating Pot (1 set): Loading weight 45-90kg, rotating speed 30-32 rpm, power 1.5kw, used for candy coating.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE:
1.Testing & training
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$40/day per person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 30days.
2.Utilities
The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.
3.Warranty
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery;
the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance for FREE. If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations of the buyer, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
