KHRT-180 Automatic Hard Candy Production Line – Industrial-Grade Core Equipment for High-Temperature Cooking & Molding

 

This production line is an industrial-grade fully automatic equipment designed for large-scale hard candy production, following the real hard candy process logic of "high-temperature cooking → vacuum concentration → stretching homogenization → cooling & molding", which is different from the gel pouring mode of gummy candies.

 

Suitable for producing multi-category hard candies such as fruit hard candies, milk-flavored hard candies, filled hard candies, and transparent hard candies, it reduces the moisture content of sugar to ≤3% through high-temperature cooking at 150-160℃, and uses stretching homogenization technology to ensure crispy texture and stable shape of finished products. With a production capacity of 120-150kg/h, it is the core choice for food enterprises to build standardized hard candy production lines.

Core Production Process

 

  1. Raw Material Pretreatment: White sugar, glucose syrup and other raw materials are screened to remove impurities, accurately measured and mixed according to the formula;
  2. High-Temperature Cooking: Mixed raw materials are injected into a vacuum cooking pot, cooked at 150-160℃, and vacuumized to remove moisture at the same time, cooking time 15-20 minutes;
  3. Vacuum Concentration: Vacuum degree -0.08~-0.09MPa, concentrating the moisture content of sugar to ≤3% to avoid sanding and sticking of finished products;
  4. Flavoring & Coloring: Adding food flavoring and coloring, stirring quickly and evenly (hard candy flavoring must be completed in the high-temperature stage to ensure flavor integration);
  5. Stretching Homogenization: The sugar is repeatedly stretched by a stretching machine to make the molecular structure uniform, improving the crispy texture and luster;
  6. Cooling & Molding: Cooling to 60-70℃ through cooling rollers (avoiding cracking due to excessive temperature difference), then molding by mold pressing or extrusion cutting;
  7. Post-Processing: The molded candies are further cooled to room temperature by a cooling conveyor belt, and defective products are screened out to complete pre-packaging finishing.

3. COOLING & MOLDING UNIT

- Multi-Roller Cooler (1 set): 4 sets of cooling rollers, controllable roller surface temperature, cooling efficiency ≥5℃/min, power 5.5kw;

- Hard Candy Molding Machine (1 set): Equipped with mold set (customizable shape), dual modes of compression molding/extrusion cutting, production speed 10-20m/min, power 4kw;

4. Post-Processing Unit

AFTER-SALE SERVICE:

1.Testing & training

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$40/day per person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 30days.

 

2.Utilities

The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.

 

3.Warranty

The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery;

the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance for FREE. If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations of the buyer, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
