This equipment is a professional aerated mixing device in the commercial baking field, integrating three core technologies: advanced cooling, air pressure regulation, and high-speed automatic inflation. It supports two aeration modes (separated eggs/whole eggs) to precisely match different production needs.

It effectively solves the pain points of traditional egg beaters, such as "coarse product texture, unstable quality, short shelf life, and poor taste". It makes the aerated batter structure finer and more stable, with uniform color, excellent taste and longer shelf life for finished products.

Equipped with a continuous batter filling system (widely used in overseas commercial baking), the full system includes a material processing unit, material storage cylinder, aerated delivery system, transmission system, cooling system and control cabinet. AFTER-SALE SERVICE:

1.Testing & training

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$40/day per person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 30days.

 

2.Utilities

The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.

 

3.Warranty

The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery;

the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance for FREE. If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations of the buyer, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
