400mm Automatic Chocolate Enrober Line – Core Commercial Equipment for Chocolate Coating on Food Surfaces

This is a complete commercial-grade chocolate coating production line, designed for chocolate coating on the surface of various foods such as wafers, biscuits, egg rolls, cookie pies, etc. It integrates the full-process automation functions of "raw material pretreatment → chocolate conching → heat preservation storage → automatic conveying → uniform coating → rapid cooling".

The production line consists of an oil melting oven, sugar milling machine, 500L chocolate conche, 500L holding tank, chocolate transfer pumps, 400mm enrober (with 10m cooling tunnel) and supporting pipes/valves. Supporting batch standardized production with high coating uniformity and stable finished product taste, making it the core equipment for food processing plants to mass-produce chocolate-coated snacks.

 

Core Components & Functions

 

1. Oil Melting Oven: Pretreatment for melting raw oil, 240kg capacity, rapid oil melting in 30-60 minutes, supporting steam + electric dual heating, temperature precisely controlled at 40-65℃;

2. Sugar Milling Machine: Secondary grinding of sugar, 250kg/h capacity, ground particle size up to 80-100 mesh, ensuring fine chocolate texture;

3. 500L Chocolate Conche: Core equipment for chocolate production, with master control console and pressure control system, capable of producing high-quality milk, dark, white chocolate and filling materials, equipped with extraction unit and sampling valve;

4. 500L Chocolate Holding Tank: Heat preservation storage for conched chocolate paste, with cooling, heating and stirring functions, capable of degassing, deodorizing, dehydrating, and preventing separation of mass and fat;

5. Chocolate Pump: 2 sets included, 35L/min delivery capacity, with water-circulating heat preservation system, ensuring stable transportation of chocolate paste without solidification;

6. 400mm Chocolate Enrobing Machine + 10m Cooling Tunnel: Core coating unit, 400mm wide conveyor belt, speed adjustable from 1-6m/min, 2 refrigerators to maintain tunnel temperature at 2-10℃ for rapid setting.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE:

1.Testing & training

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$40/day per person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 30days.

 

2.Utilities

The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.

 

3.Warranty

The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery;

the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance for FREE. If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations of the buyer, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
