This production line is a fully automatic industrial-grade equipment complying with commercial chocolate production standards. With the 400mm chocolate molding/coating unit as the core, it fully covers 7 key processes: "cocoa bean pretreatment → mixing & grinding → conching → tempering → molding/coating → cooling & solidification → post-processing", completely restoring the real process of commercial chocolate production.

 

Configured to 400-type standards, it is suitable for producing dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate and compound chocolate, supporting multi-form finished product output such as bars, blocks, and coated products (wafers, biscuits, nuts), with a stable capacity of 80-120kg/h, making it the core choice for professional chocolate factories and food deep-processing enterprises to build standardized production lines.

Real Core Production Process (Industrial Standard)

 

1. Cocoa Bean Pretreatment: Cleaning (removing impurities) → Roasting (120-140℃, 30-60 minutes) → Crushing & Dehulling (separating cocoa nibs from shells) → Grinding (producing cocoa liquor/cocoa powder);

2. Mixing & Grinding: Mixing cocoa liquor/powder, sugar, milk powder (for milk chocolate), cocoa butter and other raw materials according to formula, refining particles to 20-30μm via three-roll mill (ensuring fine texture);

3. Conching: 500L chocolate conche continuously mixes, shears and oxidizes for 8-24 hours, enhancing chocolate flavor and texture;

4. Tempering: Precisely controlling chocolate temperature via tempering machine (heating to 45-50℃ → cooling to 27-28℃ → reheating to 31-32℃), promoting stable crystallization and ensuring finished product luster and taste;

5. Molding/Coating: 400mm wide molding molds/coating belt, realizing block/bar molding or uniform coating on food surfaces;

6. Cooling & Solidification: 10m tunnel cooler with gradient cooling (20℃→10℃→5℃) to avoid unstable crystallization, solidification time 15-25 minutes;

7. Post-Processing: Demolding → sorting → pre-packaging finishing (deburring, foreign matter screening) to complete finished product output.

Core Equipment Composition

1. Cocoa Bean Pretreatment Unit

- Cocoa Bean Cleaner (1 set): Screens out stones and impurities, processing capacity 150kg/h;

- Cocoa Bean Roaster (1 set): Electric/gas dual heating, temperature control accuracy ±2℃, roasting capacity 100L;

- Crushing & Dehulling Machine (1 set): Adjustable crushing particle size, hulling rate ≥98%, power 5.5kw;

- Cocoa Grinder (1 set): Grinds cocoa nibs into cocoa liquor, fineness up to 50μm.

2. Mixing & Conching Unit

- Raw Material Mixer (1 set): 300L capacity, stainless steel material, supporting dry/wet material mixing, power 3kw;

- Three-Roll Mill (1 set): Roller diameter 400mm, adjustable gap (5-50μm), refining raw material particles, power 11kw;

- 500L Chocolate Conche (1 set): Equipped with temperature/pressure dual-control system, adjustable conching time (8-24h), power 18.5kw.

3. Tempering & Molding/Coating Unit

- 400-Type Chocolate Tempering Machine (1 set): Dual-zone temperature control, accuracy ±0.5℃, processing capacity 120kg/h, power 7.5kw;

- 400mm Chocolate Molding Machine (1 set): Equipped with 400mm wide mold set (customizable shape), intermittent molding, power 4kw;

- 400mm Chocolate Enrober (1 set): Belt width 400mm, adjustable coating thickness (0.5-3mm), speed 1-5m/min, power 5.5kw.

4. Cooling & Post-Processing Unit

- 10m Gradient Cooling Tunnel (1 set): 3-stage temperature control, outlet temperature 5-8℃, conveying power 2.2kw, refrigeration power 15kw;

- Automatic Demolding Machine (1 set): Adapted to 400mm molding molds, demolding rate 100%, power 1.5kw;

- Sorting & Finishing Machine (1 set): Removes burrs and debris, sorting accuracy ≥95%, power 1.1kw.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE:

1.Testing & training

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$40/day per person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 30days.

 

2.Utilities

The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.

 

3.Warranty

The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery;

the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance for FREE. If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations of the buyer, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
