This production line is a lollipop-specific equipment optimized based on hard candy technology, integrating the full process of "high-temperature cooking → vacuum concentration → flavoring & coloring → precise pouring/pressing → automatic stick insertion → gradient cooling → molding & solidification". The key difference from ordinary hard candy lies in the addition of an automatic stick insertion and positioning system and lollipop-specific molds.

Core Production Process

 

  1. Raw Material Pretreatment: White sugar and glucose syrup are accurately measured according to the formula, screened to remove impurities and mixed evenly;
  2. High-Temperature Cooking: Mixed raw materials are injected into a vacuum cooking pot, cooked at 155-165℃, and vacuumized to remove moisture simultaneously;
  3. Vacuum Concentration: Vacuum degree -0.085~-0.095MPa, concentrating the moisture content of sugar to ≤2.5% to avoid moisture absorption and sticking of finished products;
  4. Flavoring & Coloring: Adding children-friendly food flavoring and natural coloring, stirring quickly for integration (adapting to mainstream flavors such as fruit and milk);
  5. Precise Molding: The sugar is injected into specific molds through pouring nozzles (or formed by pressing), and the mold temperature is preheated to 60-70℃ to prevent cracking due to rapid cooling of sugar;
  6. Automatic Stick Insertion: The stick feeding system automatically supplies food-grade sticks at preset intervals, inserting them precisely into the center of the sugar, insertion depth 8-10mm (adjustable);
  7. Gradient Cooling: Passing through a 12m cooling tunnel with 3-stage gradient cooling (60℃→30℃→15℃), cooling time 20-25 minutes, ensuring the candy does not fall off after solidification;
  8. Demolding & Finishing: Automatic demolding, screening defective products, removing burrs, and completing pre-packaging finishing.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE:

1.Testing & training

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$40/day per person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 30days.

 

2.Utilities

The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.

 

3.Warranty

The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery;

the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance for FREE. If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations of the buyer, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
