Raw material preparation-→batter preparation-→powder mixing-→injection molding-→baking (or steaming)-→cooling-→packaging

The raw material preparation stage mainly includes raw material cleaning and metering, such as egg cleaning, shelling, loosening and crushing of flour and starch, etc. Flour and starch must be sieved (60 mesh or more) to be slightly loose, otherwise large pieces of flour may enter the egg batter, causing uneven dispersion of flour or starch, resulting in a hard core in the finished cake.

When weighing the ingredients according to the formula, be careful to separate the weighed ingredients, especially do not mix salt and sugar with yeast to avoid destroying the yeast activity.
