The cake production line consists of an automatic paper tray placing machine, an automatic filling machine, an automatic tray feeding machine, a tunnel oven, an automatic demoulding machine, etc. The whole line is PLC automated control, with zero contact between personnel and products and zero product pollution, ensuring food safety, ensuring that the appearance and taste of each cake are consistent, and the quality is reliable. The production line uses thick 304 stainless steel, which is more durable. Most electrical components are well-known brands. The production line has passed CE certification.
1. Mixer
It is divided into traditional mixers and aerated mixers.
2. Cake filling machine
Adopting PLC program linkage control, only one-time proper adjustment is required, and the linkage program is used for a long time, which can quickly form and have stable performance.
3. Tunnel oven
The tunnel oven realizes intelligent control through the PLC intelligent control system; the food produces relative movement between the conveyor chain plate, steel belt or mesh belt and the heating element or direct-fired combustion rod to complete continuous and uniform baking and transportation; the tunnel oven is set with upper and lower temperature zones for separate control to meet the food's requirements for surface and bottom heating.
4. Demolding machine
Suction-type demoulding machine, does not change the shape of the cake.
5. Core filling machine
This machine can automatically fill the core of the entire row of cakes. If it senses that a cake is not on the production line, the core filling needle will not fill the core to avoid filling it on the conveyor belt. While greatly improving production efficiency, it avoids material waste and cleaning processes.
