Production process description of soft bread production line
1. The prefabricated dough is rolled by three-pass pressing wheels to form a strip-shaped dough skin;
2. The strip-shaped dough skin is divided into three equal parts longitudinally by the main machine matching segmentation mechanism during the process;
3. The segmented strip-shaped dough skin is evenly segmented by an independent cutting table;
4. The dough segments continue to move along the conveyor belt and are rolled into shape by the rolling machine;
5. The formed dough rolls are manually sorted and loaded into a baking tray with a paper tray through the conveyor and proofed;
6. After proofing, the whole tray of products is sent to the coating machine in turn to spray fruit paste, cake paste and other flavor main and auxiliary raw materials;
7. Put into the oven and baking oven for baking;
8. Cool and package.
