Make An Appearance At Uzbekistan Bakery Exhibition – Finished Baked Good Samples Attract Consultations From Central Asian Audiences

From April 7 to 10, 2025, a professional bakery industry exhibition was held as scheduled at Uzexpocentre NEC in Tashkent. We participated in the exhibition with a series of finished baked good samples including biscuits, cakes, and cookies. Supported by standardized production processes, the stable quality of our products attracted many local industry audiences to stop and inquire.
At the exhibition, we elaborated to the inquirers that the stable quality of these finished products stems from the full-process standardized control of the production line: "precision batching - constant-temperature dough mixing - sectional temperature-controlled baking - rapid cooling and setting". The semiautomatic production lines, which allow flexible adjustment of process parameters, also aroused the interest of many small and medium-sized bakery practitioners. During the exhibition, in-depth communications were conducted on issues such as the process adaptability of the production lines, mass production efficiency, and operation difficulty, accumulating valuable feedback for subsequent alignment with the needs of the Central Asian market.
