The fully automatic cake production line is currently being installed and debugged.

In the summer heat, technicians at Shanghai Kuihong's workshop were installing and commissioning a fully automatic cake production line. In 2025, Russian customer ordered a fully automated cake line designed and manufactured by Shanghai Kuihong, which was completed and commissioned before the end of the year. Since its operation, the cake line has run stably, producing 500 kg of cakes per hour. This fully automatic system can produce two-colors cakes with cream fillings and chocolate centers. Our fully automatic cake production line has been developed based on advanced European equipment, taking into account the current conditions of small-scale domestic cake workshops-such as short shelf life and high labor requirements. Shanghai Kuihong's automated cake production line features high automation, large output, minimal labor requirements, reduced human contact with products, and extended shelf life, making it highly favored by numerous food manufacturers. This complete system consists of several key components: batter mixing, shaping and entering the tunnel oven, cake demolding, core injection, cooling and sterilization, and nitrogen gas packaging. (It can also be configured as a semi-automatic or high-capacity production line.) Various types of tunnel ovens are available for selection, including electric, fuel oil, gas, and thermal oil heating systems.

This production line can be configured according to different cake products and production requirements.
