According to the recipe of biscuit, it is devided into crisp, cookie and other varieties. This equipment is a crisp biscuit production line. The main process is: the flour is mixed in the crisp biscuit forming machine through the dough mixer, and various patterns are formed by pressing and then baked into the oven. The temperature control during baking is key. It is cooled by a cooling line and finally packaged by a packaging machine. According to the needs of customers, the company can tailor all kinds of equipment suitable for customers' needs.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

We can provide good after-service for you!
1.Testing & training
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round trip air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$50/day per person as the pocket money for our technicians. The testing people will be two and will cost 30 days.
2.Utilities
The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.
3.Warranty
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, if there is any problem/default on the hard parts of the machinery, the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance for FREE. If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations of the buyer, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
